First of all, I am not a Kabbalist, or even "frum", but I am a psychotherapist and Kabbalah Coach. I am kind of a mystic and have studied many different religions and spirituality but never finding my home - until I started learning Hasidic Judaism through Chabad. After battling breast cancer in 1999, I decided to teach Kabbalah from the Hasidic perspective. It was my calling and since I was threatened with death (it was a late stage cancer), I thought it was the thing I needed to do before dying. Luckily, I am still alive 12 yrs later (at this writing in 2021). Since 2014, I have taught classes and created Kabbalah Cards. (Free preview of Kabbalah Cards here.)
I've been recently been widowed which has been a huge review for me. What do I want to do now with the rest of my life? Well, this website and blog has kept me going. I am rethinking why I am doing this kind of teaching. I've been going very deep and uncovering my past dealings with anti-Semitism and feeling lost as a Jew who was searching. Learning Kabbalah has been a hobby but also a deep passion. I want to help other Jews get to know their own heritage because not knowing it, was for me, a deep emptiness and huge ache. When I discovered the breadth and depth of my ancestral wisdom, my heart sang.
I wish to help your heart sing with it's own tribal rhythm.

apply it to their daily lives.
